The United Nations Development Programme – Lesotho Re-invite tenders for the Sale of the following vehicles:

General Terms and Conditions:
• All Vehicles will be sold on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS and can be viewed at UN HOUSE Compound at 12:00 – 13:00 and 16:30 – 17:00 Mon to Thursday, and 13:00 – 13:30 on Friday.
• Payment is strictly Cash or Bank Guaranteed Cheque and should be made within five days after the auction.
• All Vehicles on sale will only be removed from UN HOUSE after certification of payment.
• Separate closed and sealed bids for each vehicle must be deposited in the Tender bid box marked UNDP VEHICLES BID at the United Nations House Reception Ground floor, and be made for the attention of: The Resident Representative, UNDP – Lesotho, 3rd Floor UN HOUSE, United Nations Road, on or before the 22nd November, 2007 before 17:00p.m. N.B! No late bids will be accepted and UNDP Reserves the right to accept or reject any bid before/after the auction.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the bid opening session in the UN HOUSE Conference Hall on the 23rd of November 2007 from 0900 – 1030a.m.
• N.B! Bidding is open to all Local UN Staff and the Public at large.
