TENDER  NOTICE UNDP/ITB01/2011 UN House at United Nation Road, Maseru

1.  Tenders are hereby invited from CONTRACTORS registered with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (BDS) in category “C” only for the “PROPOSED REFURBISHMENT S Ground Floor, First Floor and Third Floor of UN House” situated at United Nations Road Maseru adjacent to Maseru Club.

2.  Contractors are requested to submit along with their bids, source certified copies of:

i)   Their Ministry of Public Works and Transport contractor’s registration.

ii)   Valid trader’s license

iii)   Tax clearance certificates

Please note that the above documents may be verified any time prior to bid evaluations.

3.  All bids should show amounts inclusive of VAT.

5.  Sealed bids labeled “PROPOSED REFURBISHMENTS OF UN HOUSE” will be submitted at UNDP/UN House third floor on or before 4^th March 2011 at 10:00am. Late bids will not be accepted and UNDP Reserves the right to accept or reject any bid before or after the tender process.

6.  Bids will be opened on 4^th March 2011 just after 10:00,  in the presence of Bidders’ or their representatives, who choose to attend

7.  This is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm.
