Tenders are invited from qualified and capable catering companies or
entities to operate the cafeteria located within the UN House
premises situated at UN Road, Maseru
We hereby solicit your bid for the provision of the following
services:
A) Provide adequate food and meal service which shall include
food/menu items and beverages.
B) Maintain the kitchen and cafeteria premises and all equipment and
facilities therein in a consistent state of good order, cleanliness
and hygiene.
C) Observe sanitary standards as will be stipulated in the terms of
contract.
D) Be responsible for provision of tablecloths, flowers, crockery
and cutlery.
E) Deposit an amount of M3, 000.00 from which expenses for damages
to existing facilities will be deducted and the balance thereof be
refunded at the end of the contract.
F) Pay a fixed amount of M1, 000.00 per month as contribution
towards utility expenses i.e. electricity, water
2. This will be a two-year contract pending successful completion of
three months probation period. Working days shall be Monday – Friday
except on official holidays of the United Nations.
3. Please submit along with the bid your Company Registration, Tax
Clearance Certificate, Company Profile and at least two business
references

5. Bids must be delivered to the UN House at UN Road, latest on 07
August 2008 at 16:00hrs. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened on 08 August 2008 at 10:00 am, in the
presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who choose to attend
