The office of the United Nations Development Programme in Lesotho, a subsidiary organ of the United Nations, acting for itself and on behalf of the other participating organizations in the United Nations system INVITES TENDERS from highly qualified and properly registered companies for supply and installation of Lot 1:53 Computers, Lot 2: 20 Laser Printers, Lot 3: 12 Label Printers, Lot 4: 12 Handheld Scanners, Lot 5: 2 Office UPSes, 1 Server UPS and 3 Switching HUBS, Lot 6: 20 Computer Stands, Lot 7: 150 Email Licenses (Exchange Server 2007) and Lot 8 Network installation equipment as follows:

    General Terms and Conditions:

·    Properly closed and sealed BIDS must be deposited in the Tender bid box marked UNDP/POSTAL SERVICES/BID at the UN Reception Ground floor UN House and be made for the attention of The Resident Representative, UNDP – Lesotho, 3^rd Floor UN HOUSE, United Nations Road, on or before the 03^rd of December, 2010 before 12:00pm. N.B! No late bids will be accepted and UNDP Reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.

·    All bidders must be in full compliance with Lesotho Company Registration and Tax Laws, with certified documents from the source.

·    Qualified bidders can bid for one LOT or more LOTS.

·    Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the bid opening session in the UN HOUSE Conference Hall on the 3^rd of December, 2010 from 12.00p.m.
