plan for how to cater for the OVCs in their community. |

the MNH Road Map; To increase coverage, utilization and quality
of essential maternal and newborn health care services,
including emergency obstetric care; To strengthen continuum of
maternal and newborn health care from health care facility to
community as well as from community to health care facility.
