plan for how to cater for the OVCs in their community. |

support PLWA organisations through: capacity development

responsibility for implementing GIPA in and beyond workplace
policies. |

centre of national and sectoral policies, entrepreneurship
development training to enable youth to start and run
enterprises to provide more and better jobs. |

strengthen advocacy for effective implementation of maternal and
newborn health care programmes; To accelerate the implementation
of the health sector human resource strategic plan applicable to
the MNH Road Map; To increase coverage, utilization and quality
of essential maternal and newborn health care services,
including emergency obstetric care; To strengthen continuum of
maternal and newborn health care from health care facility to
community as well as from community to health care facility.
