Foreign Affairs
The new UNDP Resident Representative
and United Nations Resident Coordinator in Lesotho, Ms. Ahunna
Eziakonwa-Onochie presented her credentials to the Minister of
Foreign Affairs today. Ms. Eziakonwa-Onochie succeeds Ms. Hodan
Haji-Mohamud who left Lesotho in September 2007 to the UNDP in New
York. |

UNDP hands over a vehicle to the Ministry of Finance and Development
Planning
UNDP will be handing
over a 4x4 vehicle, 10 computers and a heavy duty printer to the
Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. This is part of UNDP's
broad support to the Ministry to Monitor and Evaluate the
development process in Lesotho, under its poverty reduction project
- "Strengthening National Capacities to Monitor Poverty Reduction
Interventions and Progress towards the Achievement of the MDGs".
